We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders across the UAE, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 2–4 business days

• Other UAE Emirates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Nex-Souq is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
